LAGNIAPPE (a little extra) AN ADVANCED PRACTICE An advanced led (limited instruction) yoga practice with Juliet. This is a vibrant experience that is intelligently planned out for the yoga practitioner who withholds a desire to be challenged and encouraged to use their own intution and self inquiry on how to moderate & explore the intricacies of an advanced class. Pre-Requisites are Handstand (at wall), Urdvha Dhanurasana (wheel pose) and must have a loose grip on a daily practice. It's going to be something very special.
