LAGNIAPPE (a little extra) AN ADVANCED PRACTICE SMALL GROUP SESSION 10-12 spaces open $25 pay cash or check day off please This is a vibrant experience that is intelligently planned out for the yoga practitioner who has a desire to be challenged and encouraged, who uses their own intuition and self inquiry on how to moderate & explore the intricacies of an advanced class. There is limited instruction and lots of layers. It is a healthy full-bodied experience! Pre-Requisites are Handstand (at wall), Urdhva Dhanurasana (wheel pose) and must have a loose grip on a daily practice. It's going to be something very special.
