Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra is the practice of deep physical, mental and emotional relaxation allowing for the ability to tap into our creativity, clarity and self understanding. Divine Sleep guides you through the relaxation process using body scanning, breath awareness, and meditative visulaization to bring you inward where deep healing occurs.

Yoga Nidra translates to mean yogic sleep, although you will be encouraged to stay awake, you may feel you have fallen asleep.Your deepest layers are always awake and are going through the journey whether you remember it consciously or not. There is no way you can do Yoga Nidra incorrectly. Yoga Nidra is for everyone, no yoga experience is needed.

 

    WHAT TO EXPECT:
  • Begin with easy movement to help facilitate deep rest
  • 45-60 min. of guided relaxation through each layer of being, physical body, energy, mind, intuition, and bliss body. (Koshas)
  • Invited to create your own sankalpa or resolve, a heartfelt desire or something you may want to manifest in your life
  • Body and breath/energy awareness
  • Visualization/journey
  • Gradual reaffirming return
