SLOW FLOW WITH DEVON | 9:00 - 10:30AM
A thoughtful and graceful practice designed to embrace the time it takes to feel the poses from the inside to the outside. Focusing on slowing down the mind, breath and movement. Everyone is welcome to this class.

LEVEL 2/3 WITH JULIET | 6:00 - 7:30PM
Juliet leads these classes for anyone with an on-going yoga practice as a way help folks begin to understand a fuller yogic experience. Often these classes are building up to a pinnacle posture that is challenging. Learning the correct methods to safely begin to explore advanced postures as well as being encouraged to develop a stimulating understanding of the roots of Yoga.



TUESDAYS

WEDNESDAYS
VINYASA FLOW WITH JENN | 9:00 - 10:30AM
A morning class that's all about movement. Come to clear your mind through vinyasa (flow) yoga with an emphasis on fun. Open to all levels of practice.

HATHA LEVEL 1/2 WITH CHRISTIAN | 5:00 - 6:00PM
These classes for anyone with a focus on repeating foundational poses. Building knowledge of postures and your body over time.

HATHA & VINYASA WITH JULIET | 6:15 - 7:30PM
These classes are designed to represent two styles of practice, Hatha & Vinyasa. They have distinct differences and yet similar ways to approach and learn about poses. Vinyasa will get you moving, breathing and feeling energized. In the Hatha parts of class you will experience time spent on alignment, adjusting with purposes and attention to details. Thunk fun and functionality! Open to all levels of practice.



THURSDAYS
Early Morning Vinyasa with Juliet | 6:00 - 7:00 AM
Rise and Shine! All levels are welcome to enjoy the benefits of an early morning practice. It will set an great energetic, happy tone to your day.

HATHA YOGA LEVEL 1/2 WITH JULIET | 9:00 - 10:30AM
These classes focus on alignment in fundamental poses and breath awareness. In this class we lay the groundwork for a lifetime of yoga practice in standing poses, seated poses, basic backbends and introductory stages of inversions. Expect clear instructions, the use of props, postural demonstrations and a keen focus on form. This class is for students of all levels and appropriate for beginners.



KUNDALINI SERIES |6:30 - 8:00pm | $15 each class | Thursdays, May 18, 25, June 1, 8
Join us in this all levels (even beginners!) class series to focus on the basics of postures, breath and meditation with Kundalini yoga, a physical, mental and spiritual practice for developing strength, awareness, character, and consciousness. This style uses active and postural asana based kriyas, breath, and meditations to target whole body systems. All are welcome, every class is for beginners new to yoga, practicing yogis and anyone wanting a unique workout.



FRIDAYS
VINYASA FLOW WITH ALYSON $10 | 5:00PM - 6:00PM
Come enjoy the end of your work week with an hour long practice to help settle you into your weekend. Alyson will offer an all-levels class that will rejuvenate you and prepare you for the weekend.



SATURDAYS
ALL LEVELS YOGA WITH JULIET | 8:00 - 9:30AM
A class aimed to bring a safe, energetic & creative experience. Open to all levels of practice.

Saturday Yoga Hour with LARISSA | 10:00 - 11:00AM
A thorough and shorter class with all the good stuff. Open to all. Sleep in AND get your practice in!
